As we open our doors, you’ll discover the timeless charm of this beloved destination, with its geothermal hot springs, breathtaking wilderness, and serene atmosphere.
While we are still in the process of giving the property the full “tender loving care” it deserves, many of the features are ready to welcome you, and others are set to evolve into something truly spectacular.
We do not want to "Over promise and Under deliver" so please be patient with us as you reach out to us to ask questions about what we have. We encourage great communication as we are in this Grand Re-Opening Period.
What We Will Be and Will Not Be Moving Forward!
We are not going to be just another place in an amazing part of the world to come and stay in a room for a night or more. Stating in another way, we are not going to be what you probably would call a "Resort" or "Lodge"!
Instead what we are going to be is a COMMUNITY! A place where our residents have businesses that will serve the Riggins area, the state of Idaho, and the world. We will host courses and events of many kinds where people will come to learn how to build businesses and live lives that "make some money making the planet better - ECOLONOMICS".
We will be developing new residential and commercial buildings on lots that we sell to new owners. These property owners will be community members and will serve each other and the planet.
I know this sounds a little weird. Well maybe it is. But for now it is what we are going to be. Please reach out to us to see if you might become a member of this exciting new community!
The Essentials – What We Offer
Accommodations for Events: Choose from ten uniquely different suites that we have in two different log built lodging buildings. We call one The Lodge and the second The Cabins. They are all clean, decorated in a western decor, and have heating and many have cooling.

- Spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms.
- Fully equipped shared kitchen in the lodge and common spaces for relaxation.
- Some have private patios and balconies with stunning river or mountain views.
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for staying connected while you disconnect.
Educational Events: Come learn how to raise alpacas, have backyard aquaculture, farm regeneratively, be an AI consultant or agency owner, train dogs or horses, and many more education opportunities. We have weekend courses and week long courses. Bring a partner who just wants to hang at the hot springs.
We will be adding additional lodging in the near future, and we are currently refurbishing the lodging described above, so for right now we are not accepting reservations for this 2025 season other than for people that are attending events we host at our site. We do have lots for sale or lease for you to live year around or seasonally.

We will have clean, safe, and functional lodging in ten suites with everything you need to have an amazing stay with us if you are interested in either building a business, buying a lot for full or part-time living, or getting an education in regenerative and ecological living. We are already getting our ecological projects and courses ready for opening, and we have all the amenities and activities we describe on this page.
